As a Senior Scrum Master specializing in Salesforce Technology with over 7 years of experience, your primary role will involve leading software/product teams in agile practices and ensuring successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating success in delivering complex work while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Providing support for Salesforce delivery by collaborating closely with Salesforce Admins/Developers and possessing a solid understanding of Salesforce release and deployment concepts.
- Facilitating meetings effectively to drive decision-making, establish accountability, and maintain project momentum.
- Communicating clearly in writing, including status updates, risk assessments, and actionable next steps.
- Utilizing Agile tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, along with dashboards to maintain alignment among stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications that would be considered a strong plus for this role include:
- Holding Scrum certification (CSM/PSM I) or having equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration, including knowledge of objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, record types, permission sets, queues, sharing model, and reports/dashboards.
- Possessing Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
