Senior Python Fullstack

As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our engineering team. Your responsibilities will involve a combination of strong backend expertise and solid frontend capabilities to build, scale, and maintain high-performance, data-intensive distributed systems. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong analytical thinking, system design capabilities, and experience working in high-throughput environments such as AdTech, MarTech, or similar domains. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python (Django) and Angular - Build and optimize backend services handling high request throughput and large-scale data - Design and implement secure, high-performance RESTful APIs - Participate in and lead system design discussions covering scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance - Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments using Kubernetes - Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL database schemas, indexes, and queries - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Datadog - Perform deep debugging and root cause analysis for production issues - Collaborate with product, platform, and data teams to deliver business-critical features - Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices Required Skills & Experience: - 6-10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development - Strong proficiency in Python (Django framework) including ORM, REST APIs, and performance tuning - Solid experience with Angular (modern versions) and component-based architecture - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments - Strong expertise in MySQL, including schema design and query optimization - Experience using Datadog for monitoring and observability - Proven experience in system design for scalable and distributed systems - Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills Good to Have: - Strong background in database schema design and data modeling - Experience in AdTech / MarTech / Digital Advertising platforms - Exposure to event-driven systems, real-time data pipelines, or high-volume traffic systems - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS preferred) As a Senior Full Stack Developer at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our engineering team.
