Your accountability as a Senior Manager/Supervisor, Media Activation involves driving and supporting all aspects of the media activation process for a select group of accounts. You will collaborate closely with the media strategy team, translating strategies into media plans and ensuring flawless execution across all channels. Leadership experience, mentorship success, integrated media expertise, and strategic thinking are crucial for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - Champion the cross-channel planning and activation process for active campaigns - Act as the integration lead collaborating with various teams throughout campaign life cycle - Maintain active media plans, ensuring integrity and quality control - Troubleshoot issues and ensure GDPR compliance - Collaborate with the Media Strategy team, consult on optimizations, and lead budget pacing - Foster relationships with agency partners and deliver innovative solutions - Stay updated on industry trends and platform evolutions - Manage workflow, oversee cross-channel process, and support internal training initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Agency knowledge and experience - Proficiency in B2B Marketing, Media Activation, and Media Planning - Skills in active listening, analytics platforms, problem-solving, and stakeholder management - 5+ years experience in digital marketing, 3+ years in media planning, and 2+ years managing a team - Prior experience leading process workflows across multiple teams At Just Global, you will be valued, included, and recognized.
