Senior Designer

Role Overview: As a Design Lead at Aditya Birla Health Insurance, you will be responsible for driving design thought leadership across the brand. Your role will involve strategic visual thinking, strong brand sensibility, people management, and leveraging AI-powered design tools and video storytelling to enhance the brand's presence across digital and offline platforms. You will lead an in-house design team, collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders, and play a crucial role in shaping the brand's visual identity. Key Responsibilities: - Drive design thought leadership and brand identity across digital and offline touchpoints - Manage a small in-house design team effectively - Collaborate closely with marketing and business stakeholders - Utilize AI-powered design tools and video storytelling to enhance brand visibility - Demonstrate expertise in graphic design, brand identity, and logo design - Execute integrated marketing campaigns with a digital-first approach - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred) - Work with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects - Collaborate with agencies and cross-functional teams - Apply a strong understanding of digital, social, and performance-led design - Experience in BFSI/health/consumer brands is a plus Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design - Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity and logo design - Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns - Digital-first thinking and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite - Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects - Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools - Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams - Strong understanding of digital, social, and performance-led design Additional Company Details: Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co.
