Role Overview:
As a Senior Costing Executive in the Finance & Accounts department, you will be responsible for various aspects of costing, cost control, MIS reporting, and financial analysis. Your role will involve preparing financial statements, analyzing reports, identifying cost optimization opportunities, and supporting management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare various financial statements, including provisional, projected, and estimated reports such as CMA data.
- Analyze monthly MIS reports to monitor costs and enhance profitability.
- Conduct costing, cost comparison, and variance analysis.
- Identify and implement measures for cost optimization and reduction.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct break-even analysis.
- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally or Zoho Books.
- Collaborate with production, purchase, and stores teams for effective cost tracking.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support management decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Semi-Qualified CA / CMA (Inter)
- B.Com with MBA in Finance & Accounts with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- B.Com with a minimum of 5 years of experience in costing/finance
