Job Description

As an Executive | Sr Executive / AM - Sales at AFPL Forgings, your role involves managing and growing relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business. You will coordinate with internal departments such as Production, PPC, Quality, Dispatch, and Finance for smooth and timely order execution. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely RFQs, quotations, follow-ups, and MIS updates in coordination with the Sales Coordinator. Your leadership skills will be put to test as you lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve targets. Supporting the sales team by ensuring quick responses from internal departments to customer queries will also be part of your responsibilities. Effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders for timely response, negotiation, and closure of orders is crucial. Driving training and development initiatives to enhance the sales team's performance and capabilities is also expected. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow relationships with existing customers - Coordinate with internal departments for order execution - Ensure timely RFQs, quotations, follow-ups, and MIS updates - Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team - Support the sales team with quick responses to customer queries - Liaise with stakeholders for timely order closure - Drive training and development initiatives Qualification Required: - Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical Engineering Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong negotiation and customer management skills - Excellent presentation and communication abilities - Tech-savvy with exposure to digital tools and AI-enabled systems - High level of interpersonal and coordination skills - Proven team leadership and team-building capability If you choose to join AFPL Forgings, you will be part of a growing organization with long-term opportunities.
