Job Description
As a global medical technology leader, Zimmer Biomet is dedicated to enhancing patient mobility and improving lives worldwide. As a member of the Zimmer Biomet team, you will play a crucial role in achieving revenue, sales, and profit targets in your designated area. **Principal Duties & Responsibilities:**
- Supervise the activities of the DMs and PS to achieve sales targets in the area.
- Identify growth opportunities and launch new/existing products.
- Establish and coordinate sales and marketing programs within the area.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, product launches, and strategies.
- Monitor sales methods, customer strategies, and key account management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.

The successful candidate should have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in medical device sales, preferably in Orthopaedics or related fields.
- Demonstrated sales abilities and a track record of successful selling to the medical profession.
- Previous people management experience is preferred.
**Travel Expectations:**
Approximately 50% of the time.
