Resident Solutions Architect

You are an experienced Resident Solution Architect (RSA) who will be joining the Professional Services team to collaborate directly with strategic customers for their data and AI transformation initiatives utilizing the Databricks platform. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on expert, assisting customers in overcoming complex big data challenges with the Databricks platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your 10+ years of experience in Big Data Technologies like Apache Spark, Kafka, and Data Lakes in customer-facing post-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles. - Demonstrate your 4+ years of experience as a Solution Architect by creating designs and solving Big Data challenges for customers. - Showcase your expertise in Apache Spark, distributed computing, and Databricks platform capabilities. - Write code proficiently in Python, PySpark, and Scala. - Utilize your exceptional skills in SQL, Spark SQL, and Spark-streaming. - Apply your advanced knowledge of Spark optimizations, Delta, and Databricks Lakehouse Platforms. - Display your expertise in Azure and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and HBase. - Demonstrate your proficiency in data governance and security, including Unity Catalog and RBAC. - Collaborate with Partner Organizations to successfully deliver complex programs. - Lead large technical delivery teams effectively. - Understand the competitive landscape, including EMR, Snowflake, and Sagemaker. - Utilize your experience in migration from On-premises/Cloud to Databricks as an added advantage. - Communicate effectively and possess client-facing consulting skills to simplify complex technical concepts. - Be willing to travel for onsite customer engagements within India. - Showcase your documentation and white-boarding skills. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience with ML libraries/frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch is a plus. - Familiarity with MLOps tools and processes, including MLflow for tracking and deployment. - Experience in delivering LLM and GenAI solutions at scale, including RAG architectures and prompt engineering. - Extensive experience with Hadoop, Trino, Ranger, and other open-source technology stacks. - Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
