Job Description
As an experienced Reltio Administrator, your role will involve managing, configuring, and optimizing the Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) platform. You will be responsible for ensuring data quality, system stability, and seamless integration across enterprise data ecosystems. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Administering, configuring, and maintaining the Reltio Cloud MDM platform, which includes managing tenant settings, user roles, and access controls.
- Designing, implementing, and managing data models, entity types, attributes, relationships, and reference data within Reltio.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with Reltio support for incident resolution.
- Managing data ingestion pipelines, batch loads, and real-time data feeds using Reltio APIs and integration tools.
- Configuring and maintaining match & merge rules, survivorship rules, and data quality policies to ensure high data accuracy.
- Collaborating with data governance teams to enforce MDM policies, data stewardship workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and integration teams to gather requirements and translate them into Reltio configurations.
- Supporting data migration and onboarding of new data sources into the Reltio platform.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation including configuration guides, runbooks, and operational procedures.
- Performing regular system audits, data quality assessments, and recommending improvements.
- Staying current with Reltio product updates, new features, and best practices, and evaluating their applicability to the organization.
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3 years of hands-on Reltio MDM administration.
- Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts, data governance, and data quality principles.
- Proficiency in Reltio configuration including data modeling, match/merge rules, survivorship, and workflow setup.
- Experience with Reltio REST APIs for data ingestion, querying, and integration.
- Hands-on experience with integration tools such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, or similar ETL/ELT platforms.
- Solid understanding of JSON, XML, and data transformation concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
