Job Description
As a Donor Management professional with a background in NGO and extensive experience in handling Govt. & Corporate Donor Management for a minimum of 8-10 years, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects on a regular basis.
- Periodically monitoring programs and projects to assess their progress and strategizing program activities based on the analysis drawn from monitoring.
- Preparing reports and documentation with inputs from the project team.
- Ensuring program and project monitoring on a monthly and quarterly basis, closely reviewing project activities, ensuring activities are on track, and escalating emerging risks when activities deviate from the plan.
- Building a strong team culture to effectively deliver the organization's program mandate.
- Conducting regular field visits or online visits to monitor project progress and submitting visit reports with observations and recommendations.
- Assisting in developing terms of references for commissioning reviews studies and evaluations and closely monitoring them as per deliverables.
- Facilitating the development of program budgets, monitoring expenditure, and making modifications as required.
- Participating in audit wrap-ups and following up on suggested actions in coordination with the Internal Auditor and Finance officers.
- Organizing and facilitating trainings, workshops, events, and identifying participants for Donor or project-based events.
- Identifying new opportunities for interventions and contributing to project proposal development in existing accounts.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Govt. & Corporate Donor Management.
- Experience in managing donor-funded skilling projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
