Recruitment Intern

Position: HR Recruitment Intern
Are you a passionate individual with strong English proficiency in both spoken and written
communication Do you have experience with MS-Excel and MS-Office and have worked with Job
portals for recruitment

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job positions.
2. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on candidate feedback.
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports using MS-Excel.
4. Support in drafting job descriptions and pos ng vacancies on job boards and social media platforms.
5. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualification and fit for roles.
6. Assist in coordinating recruitment events to attract top talent.
7. Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
