Job Description
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of both Technical roles and Business roles at Liminal Custody. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong sourcing capabilities across diverse domains, and can effectively manage stakeholder expectations to meet hiring timelines.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Tech and Business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Conduct initial candidate assessments for role fit, communication, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Manage offer negotiations and closures within defined TAT
- Maintain accurate data and reports on hiring progress, pipelines, and closure
**Desired Candidate Profile:**
- 35 years of recruitment experience covering both Tech and Business hiring
- Strong hands-on experience in direct sourcing and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of technology roles and business functions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in start-up, product, or fast-growing environments is a plus
