Job Description
As a Recruiter at Cielo, you will be responsible for providing Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while maintaining proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. Your role will involve serving as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition, providing consultative direction, and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead detailed job scope meetings with hiring leaders to determine position specifications, provide relevant market data, and make recommendations on possible approaches to the search or candidate requirements.
- Review candidates who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements and decide on candidates to move forward in the recruitment process.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing plans or sourcing plans to identify the most appropriate candidate sources aligned with search requirements.
- Source candidates through resume databases, search engines, and networking sites using Boolean search language.
- Engage with talent communities through various media (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Prepare candidates for interviews, providing logistical information, interview schedules, appropriate attire guidance, and overall expectations.
- Ensure candidates are kept informed with timely updates on the status of their applications and interviews.
- Draft and use phone interview templates suitable for the job description.
- Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine suitability for the role.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process, maintain consistent communication on the search status.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities to hiring leaders and Cielo leadership, including metrics and efforts.
- Identify challenges with searches, research solutions, and recommend them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate search status proactively and regularly to hiring leaders, offering a consultative approach with suggestions on how to proceed.
**Qualifications:**
**Education:**
- High school diploma required. Bachelors degree in business, management, human resources, or related field is strongly preferred.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of two or more years recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
**Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:**
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
