You should be passionate about quality, experienced in Python-based automation frameworks, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build, enhance, and maintain automated test suites for UI, API, and mobile applications using the existing automation framework. - Improve framework stability, performance, reporting, parallel execution, and overall maintainability. - Execute automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines and debug, triage, and document failures with clear, actionable defect reports. - Collaborate closely with QA, Engineering, and Product teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure robust coverage. - Develop reusable automation components including page objects, utilities, and helper functions to support scalability. - Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and promote best practices in automation. - Provide ongoing visibility into automation progress, coverage, risks, and technical blocked. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong experience in Python-based test automation. - Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, CI/CD, and modern testing frameworks. - Ability to design scalable, maintainable automation solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A proactive mindset with a passion for improving product quality.
