Project Manager

As a Mechanical Engineer at the company located in Kasna, Industrial Area, Block A, Surajpur Site V, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, your role will involve project planning and coordination with customers for the approval of drawings, as well as scheduling installation and commissioning plans. Key Responsibilities: - Provide necessary support for the design of mold to ensure that the mold/product standards meet customer requirements. - Control the quality of die-casting molds at different stages of manufacturing, overseeing overall mold development. - Prepare and review DFM reports in the early stage of mold development, finalizing mold runner & gating system design. - Review mold flow using anycasting, magma flow, and Flow 3D software. - Promote continuous improvement of quality and enhance mold production, addressing technical problems with design and mold worker technicians to ensure compliance with international standards and customer requirements. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering - 2-5 years of experience - Key skills in PPAP, product costing, project monitoring, APQP, FMEA, MS Office, PowerPoint, 5-S, IMDS, among others.
