Job Description

As a Program Manager at Google, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. Your role will involve working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres, requiring you to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive inventory control strategies to achieve optimal inventory levels and enhance supply chain efficiency. - Develop and execute Organizational Change Management, training, and communication strategies and plans related to the supply chain transformation program. - Build processes and foster cross-functional collaborations to continuously refine and improve overall inventory management; effectively present data-driven inventory recommendations to executive leadership, facilitating informed decision-making. - Drive the team for scalable solutions and continuous process improvement for internal and third-party data centers by enabling efficient supply chain processes. Serve as a subject matter expert; define processes, metrics, KPIs, and dashboards. - Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in program or project management. - Experience in manufacturing, supply chain management, fulfillment planning, and excess and obsolete. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Process Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines. - 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience in development and implementation of inventory management, excess and obsolete (E&O) systems and processes. - Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights. - Knowledge of financial and cost accounting practices, sales and operations planning processes. - Excellent problem-solving skills.
