Job Description
As the Head of Paid Marketing at RankUno, you will play a crucial role in leading the advertising and media strategy and operations team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the deployment of advertising and promotional activities, working closely with the creative and content team to develop advertising assets, and leading account managers, team leads, and analysts to deliver successful paid marketing campaigns for clients. You will be responsible for managing projects related to Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Media Buying, and Web Analytics, ensuring maximum ROI for clients while driving overall growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead paid marketing initiatives across various mediums such as Search, Display, Programmatic, Social, Shopping, Native, Media Buy, and eCommerce related ads.
- Oversee campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, DoubleClick, and other necessary media channels.
- Provide strategic direction for deploying sophisticated ad campaigns, programs, tools, and platforms tailored to clients' needs.
- Consult with clients to understand campaign goals, design strategies, and create implementation plans.
- Drive innovation within the team to enhance performance and achieve clients' targets consistently.
- Establish best practices for advertising campaign setup, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
- Foster continuous improvement within the team through tools, process automation, and analytical techniques.
- Lead Account Managers/Team Leads in task assignments aligned with campaign objectives and quality standards.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities within the department.
Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing recommendations, and optimizing campaigns to ensure a high success rate. You will review dashboards, analyze campaign performances, troubleshoot tracking issues, and achieve key performance indicators for all paid marketing accounts.
Qualifications:
- BE or Post Graduation degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Marketing.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client communication, Paid Media Strategy, and team management.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology landscape and marketing principles.
- Experience in performance analysis, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Exposure to managing large budget campaigns for international markets, particularly the US.
- Google Adwords Certified and Google Advanced Certification.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Data and Web Analytics, Customer Behavior Analysis, and Reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects, and optimize ROI effectively.
