Role Overview:
As a Manager - Strategic Business Generation at Innovaccer, you will play a crucial role as a strategic leader within the Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, you will oversee a team of skilled demand generation specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of scalable, high-performing campaigns that align with Innovaccer's marketing and sales objectives. Your efforts will directly impact pipeline growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation within the US healthcare technology market. Collaboration across departments will be essential to optimize tools, processes, and strategies for reaching new heights in business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals
- Gain a deep understanding of Innovaccer customers, products, and the buyer's journey
- Create and implement ABM strategies in collaboration with sales to exceed pipeline goals
- Oversee events and field marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities
- Manage reporting and analytics for demand generation efforts, focusing on ROI, pipeline contribution, and lead conversion rates
- Ensure cross-functional cohesion for effective campaign messaging and execution
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and shared accountability for revenue growth
- Utilize marketing automation and lead management tools to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks
- Lead and mentor a team of demand-generation professionals, providing guidance on strategy, execution, and career development
Qualifications Required:
- 6-10 years of experience in demand/lead generation or sales development, preferably in the US healthcare tech market
- Demonstrated success in managing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Profound understanding of B2B marketing strategies and channels
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Track record of achieving or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
