Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager of Analytics & Insights for Sales Performance Management at Wolters Kluwer, you will play a key role in establishing and managing Xactly analytics to support sales functions and drive insights across various strategic initiatives. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on multiple projects related to dashboards, data visualization, planning processes, data analysis, GTM alignment, strategic projects, BI deployment, people management, compensation support, process optimization, insightful analytics, performance analytics, compliance, plan intelligence, plan design, and administration support. Key Responsibilities: - Build and Manage dashboards in Xactly and/or external tools - Present complex data in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders using Xactly - Support annual and quarterly planning processes with data-driven recommendations - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities using Xactly Modules & Apps - Partner with cross-functional teams to align Xactly analytics with business objectives - Lead initiatives to improve analytics & insights processes and tools (Xactly) - Support deployment of Xactly analytics solutions and other BI tools - Train team members and stakeholders on Xactly analytics tools & methodologies - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support Incentive compensation management - Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency - Communicate complex data in a clear, visual format for stakeholders - Oversee performance of Sales Incentive Plans and SPIFF programs to generate insights - Support compliance with Internal Controls team across all data related requirements - Provide ad hoc insights for plan design reviews and post-mortems - Develop and monitor data-driven Incentive compensation strategies - Provide Xactly administration support as needed Qualifications Required: - 5 years relevant experience with Sales Compensation Analytics related responsibilities - Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field - Xactly Certification(s), or ability to obtain after onboarding - Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics from complex data - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - Experience managing incentive compensation related disputes & inquiries - Ability to identify root causes of challenges and deliver improvements - Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel - Advanced SQL experience required - Experience establishing data governance practices - Nice to have: Experience with Xactly Reporting, Certifications from other ICM systems, Certification(s) in Analytics systems, Experience with ETL tools Please note that the additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.
