Job Description

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Support employee onboarding by preparing offer letters, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires complete paperwork and system access setup.

  • Help manage employee records in HRIS systems, update personnel files, and generate basic reports on headcount, attrition, and compliance metrics.

  • Participate in performance management by coordinating appraisal cycles, collecting feedback forms, and assisting with goal-setting workshops.

  • Support learning & development initiatives through program scheduling, tracking training attendance, and evaluating session effectiveness via feedback surveys.

  • Handle employee queries on policies, benefits, payroll, and leaves; assist in grievance redressal and maintaining positive employee relations.

  • Contribute to HR policy updates, employee handbook revisions, and compliance activities like statutory filings (PF, ESI, labor laws).

  • Shadow senior HR leaders in strategic projects, attend cross-functional meetings, and prepare presentations on HR analytics or process improvements.

  • Undertake administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and event coordination for HR initiatives like team-building or recognition programs.
