Lead Software Architect

As a visionary Software Architect at TekVizion, you will be responsible for designing and guiding the development of intelligent, scalable, and secure systems in an AI-first environment. Your role will involve blending deep technical expertise with architectural foresight to align cutting-edge AI technologies with business strategy. By shaping the foundation of Enterprise Voice Communication platforms, you will enable the adoption of AI in Voice systems to deliver transformative employee and customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Architect AI-driven systems: Design scalable, modular, and cloud-native architectures integrating AI/ML models into core Enterprise Communications solutions for Employee and Customer Experience. - Technology leadership: Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, platforms, and tools to ensure the adoption of best-in-class solutions. - Data strategy: Define data pipelines, governance, and ethical AI practices for responsible data use. - Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Security & compliance: Embed privacy, security, and regulatory compliance into system design, particularly for Enterprise Communications Platforms usage. - Performance optimization: Ensure systems are resilient, cost-efficient, and optimized for real-time AI workloads. - Mentorship: Guide engineering teams in modern architectural practices to foster innovation and continuous learning. Required Experience: - Demonstrated success as a Software Architect or senior engineering leader in delivering large-scale enterprise systems. - Deep expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and microservices-based architectures. - Hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain. - Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, or comparable technologies. - Solid understanding of data engineering practices, MLOps, and DevOps pipelines for scalable AI deployments. - Proven ability in API design, event-driven architectures, and real-time processing systems. - Awareness of AI ethics, bias mitigation strategies, and responsible AI implementation. - Experience with Unified Communications & Collaboration (UC&C) technologies, real-time communication protocols (e.g., SIP, WebRTC), and automation frameworks focused on enhancing customer experience metrics. - Exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - Strong accountability, adaptability in dynamic environments, results-oriented mindset, expertise in user journey mapping, and customer experience optimization.
