IT Project Manager / Scrum Master

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects by ensuring they are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget. You will oversee resource allocation, hold team members accountable, monitor project progress, manage changes effectively, measure performance, conduct risk management, maintain client and stakeholder relationships, and create and maintain project documentation. Additionally, you will provide status reports, track project performance, develop project plans, and perform other related duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget - Allocate resources for customer/external and internal team - Hold team members accountable and escalate issues when necessary - Develop detailed project plans and track financial and schedule progress - Manage project scope, schedule, and costs - Measure project performance and manage project risks - Establish relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain project documentation - Provide status reporting at the Executive and Project Team level - Track project performance and analyze goal completion - Develop project plans to share with clients and staff members - Document needs using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps - Develop leadership skills - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 5-7 years of project management experience - Success in leading and managing projects end-to-end - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools - Experience in project financial management and process improvement - Experience with performance management - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus - Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies - Scrum Master certification (e.g., SSM) is a plus - Experience in managing infrastructure projects, particularly in Azure, is highly desirable Note: The benefits include flexible shifts and health insurance coverage.
