Job Description

As an Inside Sales representative with 2-3 years of experience in IT service sales, your role will involve engaging with prospects, understanding their business requirements, and positioning services as the ideal solution. You will collaborate closely with the sales and business development teams to drive revenue growth by nurturing leads and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. - Understand customer requirements and present service offerings effectively to address business needs. - Drive the complete inside sales cycle - lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure. - Collaborate with field sales / business development teams to support complex sales opportunities. - Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and sales data. - Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. - Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor intelligence to management. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2-3 years of proven inside sales experience, preferably in service sales (IT services, consulting, managed services, SaaS, etc.). - Robust communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). - Ability to understand customer needs and articulate value propositions effectively. - Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure. - Strong negotiation and closing skills.
