Job Description
As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a crucial role in supporting the organizational strategy by implementing effective HR initiatives and fostering employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include partnering closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business strategies.
- Provide proactive solutions to improve productivity and engagement.
- Drive strategic workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify critical roles and skills and implement talent acquisition strategies.
- Oversee performance management processes and support career development programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations and champion initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of inclusion, diversity, and respect.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and address team skill gaps through relevant training sessions.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes and keep abreast of changes in employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification preferred.
- 10+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, including performance management, talent development, and change management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis for actionable strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization and build collaborative relationships.
