Job Description
As an experienced HR professional, you will have the opportunity to lead Leadership Hiring as an Individual Contributor. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Owning and driving end-to-end leadership hiring across functions
- Partnering closely with founders and business leaders to understand hiring strategy and role requirements
- Designing sourcing strategies for senior and niche roles
- Proactively sourcing leadership talent through networks, research, and market mapping
- Managing and driving external recruitment agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Ensuring strong candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Driving offer negotiations and closure of mandates
- Maintaining hiring dashboards and providing regular updates to leadership
- Continuously improving hiring processes for efficiency and scalability
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- 6 - 10 years of experience in leadership hiring or strategic talent acquisition
- Prior experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / Startup ecosystem preferred
- Strong experience in agency management and direct sourcing
- Experience working closely with founders or CXOs
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple leadership mandates
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
