Job Description
As a Global Trade Analyst at Hitachi Energy, your role involves analyzing and reporting global trade flow data, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating on mitigation plans to avoid impacts of new global trade regulations. Your responsibilities include:
- Gathering and preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis of KPIs, Issues, Trade Review, SET data, Risk Review, and GTS block reports for stakeholders.
- Informing and advising senior management on trade risks, impacts, and opportunities.
- Organizing monthly calls with various teams to review progress and adjust global trade strategy.
- Leading and managing trade measure impact analysis and duty savings reconciliation.
- Training CTCOs, RTMs, BU Category Managers, and management heads on process improvements.
- Organizing and assessing communication surveys and publishing detailed analysis.
- Responsible for publishing Training Framework, Global Risk Analysis & Mitigation, and other improvement areas of trade data.
- Providing subject matter expertise in the implementation of Reiwa project and maintaining various trackers and process flows.
The Global Trade Analyst reports to the Global Trade Analytics Manager and is part of the Global Trade Organization. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Point, Excel, and PowerBI, knowledge of SAP GTS, and proficiency in spoken and written English.
