Job Description

Role Overview As the Global Marketing Technology & Operations Manager at Global University Systems, you will lead the development and management of marketing platforms and systems across the organization. Your role will involve overseeing web development, marketing automation, and MarTech tools, such as Salesforce and related integrations. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring process consistency, and supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns effectively. This position requires a blend of system ownership, team coordination, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities - Marketing Technology & Automation - Manage core MarTech platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketing Cloud. - Create and maintain automation workflows for email, web, and social channels. - Implement lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing systems. - Ensure accurate data flow between platforms and maintain documentation. - Enforce best practices in automation setup. - Web Development Oversight - Supervise web development activities including Email HTML creation and marketing sites. - Coordinate with internal developers to maintain web infrastructure. - Align web projects with campaign needs, user experience goals, and brand guidelines. - Operations & Process Management - Manage MarTech operations and ensure consistent tool usage across teams. - Develop and maintain SOPs for campaign workflows, automation, and web changes. - Review and optimize internal processes for improved speed and accuracy. - Project Coordination - Lead and monitor projects using Asana or similar tools. - Track deadlines, dependencies, and team responsibilities. - Provide regular progress updates to leadership and address roadblocks proactively. - Resolve issues to keep projects on track. - Stakeholder Support & Enablement - Serve as the main contact for tool-related queries and troubleshooting. - Offer training and support to marketing and sales teams on platforms and workflows. - Collaborate with regional teams to align tools with their requirements. - Coordinate with IT and vendors for technical changes or escalations. Qualifications Required - Experience in a marketing coordinator or project coordination role. - Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. - Ability to collect, analyze, and present data effectively. - Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. - Experience with project management tools and software is advantageous. - Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools. - Stay updated with emerging digital technologies and incorporate new trends into marketing efforts. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
