Job Description

As the Founding Growth & Marketing Lead at Glacis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the company presents itself to enterprise buyers globally. Your responsibilities will span across demand generation, content strategy, experimentation, analytics, LinkedIn & paid channel management, sales team collaboration, and competitive positioning & messaging. Key Responsibilities: - **Demand Generation & Pipeline Building:** Take ownership of the full-funnel demand generation engine, driving qualified demo requests from Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Build, test, and optimize campaigns to consistently deliver measurable pipeline growth. - **Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:** Define themes, messaging, and formats that resonate with supply chain leaders. Guide the creation and distribution of content such as white papers, LinkedIn thought leadership, case studies, and frameworks that educate buyers on AI adoption and drive inbound interest. - **Experimentation, Analytics & Attribution:** Develop a testing and reporting framework to measure marketing performance. Run A/B tests and track key metrics to continuously improve growth performance. - **LinkedIn & Paid Channel Management:** Own the end-to-end LinkedIn advertising strategy, including audience segmentation, budget allocation, creative development, A/B testing, and performance optimization. - **Sales Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into pipeline. Align on target account lists, build nurture sequences, and create sales enablement materials. - **Competitive Positioning & Messaging:** Maintain differentiated messaging across all touchpoints. Conduct competitive intelligence, refine positioning for different buyer personas, and ensure clear communication of business value. Qualifications Required: - 510 years of experience in B2B growth or marketing. - Experience in enterprise or mid-market SaaS with longer sales cycles, selling to VP- or Director-level North American and European buyers. - Experience launching and growing a net-new channel or playbook from scratch. - Experience in AI, supply chain, ERP, logistics, or adjacent enterprise technology is advantageous.
