• 1. Financial Reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

  2. Accounting Operations Management Oversee daily accounting activities such as general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  3. Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.

  4. Compliance and Regulations Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.

  5. Audit Coordination Manage internal and external audits and ensure accurate documentation of financial records.

  6. Tax Management Oversee tax planning, tax filings, and ensure timely payment of taxes.

  7. Financial Analysis Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost savings.

  8. Team Leadership Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.

  9. Internal Controls Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  10. Process Improvement Improve accounting systems, procedures, and financial reporting processes.

  11. Cash Flow Management Monitor and manage the organizations cash flow and financial liquidity.

  12. Stakeholder Communication Present financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.
