Field Service Specialist

You will be part of the Esco Lifesciences Group, a company providing technologies, products, and services to the life sciences and healthcare industries worldwide. As a Service Engineer for Medical, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Field service support for Esco products - Handling all breakdown calls promptly - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and managing customer expectations effectively - Preparing monthly reports to showcase service performance and technical application management - Monitoring repairs and maintenance activities for operational efficiency - Making decisions on escalating customer concerns/issues - Publishing and maintaining service documentation for field service organizations - Maintaining online service documentation on the Esco distributor intranet - Troubleshooting, commissioning, and certifying units promoted - Providing hands-on training for field service organizations - Building strong relationships with customer contacts - 20% travel required The ideal candidate for this role would possess the following qualifications: - Degree in Engineering - At least Three (3) years of experience in laboratory equipment repair and troubleshooting - Good command of spoken and written English - Experience in the Lifesciences industry would be preferred - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel across India for customer visits - Possession of a drivers license and experience in driving both automatic and manual vehicles You will be part of the Esco Lifesciences Group, a company providing technologies, products, and services to the life sciences and healthcare industries worldwide.
