We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our Mumbai store team for a premium international brand. Your core job is to guide customers, understand their style needs, and help them build looks that match their personality and the brand aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Styling: Greet and assist customers, understand their preferences, and recommend outfits/accessories
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on latest collections, trends, fits, and brand stories to educate customers
- Sales Support: Drive conversions while ensuring a luxury shopping experience, not pushy selling
- Store Standards: Maintain visual merchandising, hygiene, and stock presentation on the floor
- After-sales: Handle fittings, alterations guidance, and follow-ups for VIP clients

Requirements
- Communication: Excellent spoken English is a must; Hindi/Marathi is a plus
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, fashion sense, customer-first attitude
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
- Other: Presentable, grooming standards as per luxury retail; should be comfortable working weekends/holidays
