Job Description
As the Director of Quantitative Research, you will play a crucial role in driving research delivery, team scaling, thought leadership enhancement, research methodology innovation, marketing and branding, and fostering client relationships through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define Quantitative research strategies and develop data-driven methodologies to establish the company as a frontrunner in advanced quantitative insights, analytics, and business intelligence.
- Oversee the execution of impactful research projects, ensuring precision, dependability, and actionable insights.
- Generate executive-level insights and strategic recommendations for clients across various industries.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to advise them on utilizing data-driven research for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure effective visualization of research outputs through dashboards, data storytelling, and business intelligence tools.
- Spearhead the development of innovative research solutions and proprietary models.
- Explore advancements in survey design, statistical modeling, conjoint analysis, segmentation, behavioral analytics, and forecasting methodologies.
- Establish and lead a proficient quantitative and qualitative research team, establishing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Define and execute strategic growth initiatives for research that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client expansion.
- Work in tandem with the marketing team to craft compelling content, case studies, and industry reports that showcase quantitative expertise.
- Enhance brand visibility through thought leadership articles, client testimonials, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop sales enablement materials and data-driven insights to bolster business development efforts.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in leading quantitative research projects and teams.
- Strong background in developing data-driven methodologies and research strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in visualization tools, statistical modeling, and research methodologies.
