Desktop Support Engineer L3

Job Description: As an Experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L3) at DCyber TechLab Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for leading IT support operations and handling escalations to ensure infrastructure reliability. Your role will involve mentoring the L1/L2 support teams and implementing best practices in endpoint security, patch management, and system performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Level 3 support for hardware, software, and network escalations. - Oversee configuration, deployment, and maintenance of IT systems. - Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint management tools. - Lead troubleshooting for complex IT incidents and ensure minimal downtime. - Collaborate with vendors and infrastructure teams for issue resolution. - Implement system upgrades, patch management, and security compliance. - Train and mentor junior engineers (L1/L2). - Maintain IT documentation, asset tracking, and process improvement reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline. - 5+ years of experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure, or system administration. - Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365 environments. - Proficiency in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP). - Experience managing endpoint protection, firewalls, and patch management tools. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
