Job Description
Your role as an Associate in Cyber Security Network Infra involves the following:
**Role Overview:**
As an Associate in Cyber Security Network Infra, you will be responsible for governing and reviewing the configuration of enterprise network and security devices to ensure compliance with organizational standards. You will perform risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps in network devices. Additionally, you will coordinate with the Network Operations team to resolve issues and maintain governance frameworks for security best practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Govern and review the configuration of enterprise network and security devices for compliance with organizational standards.
- Perform risk assessments of network devices to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps.
- Coordinate with the Network Operations team to resolve identified issues and ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain governance frameworks and enforce security best practices across various network devices such as Cisco Switches, Firewalls, Routers, Proxies, WLC, ISE, WAF, Load Balancers, and SD-WAN.
- Document governance processes, risk findings, and remediation plans for audit and compliance purposes.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing network security posture without direct operational changes.
- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements relevant to network infrastructure.
**Qualifications Required:**
- BE/BCA/B-TECH/Bsc.IT or any IT Graduate from an authorized university.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with enterprise network and security devices.
- Strong knowledge of Firewalls (Palo Alto, Checkpoint), Routers, Proxies, WLC, ISE, WAF, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, Cisco Switches.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance standards (ISO, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Certifications: CCNA and CEH preferred.
