Patient & Family Support

Educate patients and families about care plans and medicines

Provide emotional support and guidance during recovery

Answer patient queries politely and professionally
Coordination

Work closely with doctors, lab staff, and other healthcare teams

Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
