C Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: As a C# Full Stack Developer at our company, your main responsibility is to enhance productivity and reduce release cycle time by leveraging AI-powered development tools. This includes using tools like GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, OpenAI Codex, and similar platforms to improve code quality, collaborate effectively, and streamline the software engineering workflow. In addition, you will be involved in creating design artifacts, performing unit testing, participating in peer reviews, and supporting project estimation and planning activities. Your role also includes guiding and coaching the project team in technology when applicable. Key Responsibilities: - Improve productivity and reduce release cycle time through effective use of AI - Utilize AI-powered development tools for code generation, refactoring, and documentation - Understand prompts and model behavior for accurate suggestions - Apply AI in debugging, test case creation, and code reviews - Contribute to Features/User stories and create detailed design artifacts - Perform unit testing and participate in peer reviews - Support project estimation, planning, and risk management activities - Manage technical communication with partners - Guide and coach the project team in technology Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent - Minimum 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer - Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development - Hands-on experience with C# .Net, AMQPS, RabbitMQ, Consul, SqlServer, websockets, and Angular UI framework - Experience in Microservices architecture and cloud technologies (preferably AWS) - Proficiency in Agile/SAFe development methodologies - Good communication and presentation skills - Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within timelines - Experience with desktop and mobile applications development - Knowledge of front-end and back-end languages, libraries, and frameworks - Familiarity with databases, web servers, and REST/SOAP services - Strong attention to technical details and software quality - Experience with AI Assistance tools like GitHub Copilot, Codex, or Windsurf - Experience working in a regulated development environment and cross-cultural setups About Philips: Philips is a health technology company dedicated to providing quality healthcare solutions globally.
