Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 13 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (MBA Sales & Marketing preferred)
Salary: Up to 3 Lakh Per Annum
Location: Sector 37, Gurugram
We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to strengthen the sales pipeline through cold calling, lead generation, and prospect qualification in the industrial fasteners segment. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and basic technical understanding of fastener products.
Key Responsibilities Cold Calling & Lead Generation- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and industrial databases.
- Identify and connect with potential clients such as OEMs, Tier-1 / Tier-2 suppliers, and manufacturing companies.
- Present the company profile, product range, and capabilities to prospective customers.
- Schedule meetings and share qualified leads with the sales team for conversion.
- Qualify prospects based on product requirement, application, volume potential, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM or MS Excel tracking systems.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and engagement with potential clients.
- Identify new industries, market segments, and customer opportunities.
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and production teams for requirement clarification.
- Assist in preparation of quotations, proposals, and sample arrangements.
- Ensure smooth handover of leads for business conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & lead generation targets.
- Prepare MIS reports on calls, leads generated, and conversion progress.
- Share market insights and feedback with management for improvement.
- Strong Cold Calling & Tele-sales abilities
- Lead Generation and Prospect Qualification skills
- Working knowledge of CRM / MS Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skills
- Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented personality
- Basic understanding of industrial fasteners or willingness to learn
