Business Analyst - Customer Success

As a Business analyst on the Veeva Digital Events team at Veeva Systems, you will have the opportunity to play a significant role in transforming the life sciences industry. Your main responsibility will be to own the design and execution of major components within the Digital Events tech stack, which includes multiple products supporting various stakeholders such as HCPs, logistics team members, pharmaceutical sales reps, and integration into CRM systems. Key Responsibilities: - Own and design product features from start to finish, which includes creating user stories, defining functional & non-functional requirements, specifying features, and conducting quality control checks - Develop high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based on industry and downstream systems/customer requirements - Support release and sprint planning to ensure that product enhancements meet customer needs at the right time and in the right sequence - Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management teams to ensure that products are built and delivered with high quality standards Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of hands-on business analyst experience/technical services/engineering in the software space - Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including requirements definition, engineering, QA, and deployment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English - BA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fields - Hands-on technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics, or related positions in the software space - Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies, as well as React - Exposure to Azure cloud environment - Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products - Understanding of Life Sciences Speaker Bureau Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.
