Job Title: Branch Credit Manager Group Loan Hub
Location: Hyderabad (Hub-based role)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Branch Credit Manager to be part of the Group Loan Hub based in Hyderabad. The role involves conducting Video Personal Discussions (PD) with customers, assessing creditworthiness, and supporting loan approval decisions for group loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Video PDs with group loan applicants from the Hub
- Evaluate customer profiles and assess credit eligibility
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth loan processing
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and timely reporting
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in credit/loan assessment preferred (Freshers with good communication can also apply)
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Language Requirement (High Priority):
- Candidates must be multilingual
- Preference for those who can speak Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada
- At least 2 languages are mandatory
- Candidates knowing any two languages (excluding Telugu) can also be considered
