Job Description
You will be responsible for promoting a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture throughout the organization by implementing Kaizen, process standardization initiatives, and Lean Six Sigma training and projects. Your role will involve gathering data inputs for analysis, preparing reports, and disseminating information to various stakeholders related to process improvement initiatives to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will support the shift towards a continuous improvement mindset, acting as a Change Agent by collaborating with the SDM group to identify and eliminate waste and process variation. It will be important for you to carefully manage and measure metrics related to the Balanced Scorecard and Service Levels, taking corrective actions as needed within the owned portfolio. You will also be responsible for designing and promoting training modules and processes to ensure proficiency in business operations and processes. Moreover, you will coach line-managers and team members on tools and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and assist in implementing future state processes.
Qualifications required for this role include:
- Overall industry experience of over 8 years.
- 3+ years of experience in Lean, DMAIC/DMADV/Internal Controls/Finance operations, data analysis and visualization.
- Experience in the Insurance domain will be preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Completion of Training in 5S, Lean, TPM, & Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Yellow/Black Belt Certification.
- Good expertise in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Visio, Minitab, or any other statistical tool.
- Data analysis using advanced Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Strong ability to learn and apply new concepts.
- Ability to work shifts as required.
