Job Description
As a Plant HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within a manufacturing facility. Your focus will be on labor relations, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, and employee welfare to ensure smooth operations on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage union negotiations and handle collective bargaining effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws, factory acts, and other compliance regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for both hourly and salaried staff.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work culture.
- Handle grievances, enforce safety standards, and resolve disputes promptly.
- Manage payroll, attendance, performance appraisals, and employee records efficiently.
- Collaborate with health and safety teams to monitor compliance with safety regulations and reduce worker compensation costs.
Qualifications Required:
- RGF Qualified Recruitment India certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in industrial relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory acts, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a productive work environment while ensuring employee welfare and engagement.
Please note that this is a full-time position with an annual salary ranging from 1,500,000.00 to 2,000,000.00. The work location for this role is in person.
