Job Description

As a Data Science Advisor at Dell Technologies, your role involves contributing to business strategy and influencing decision-making based on insights gained from deep dive analysis. You will be responsible for producing actionable recommendations by interpreting insights from complex data sets, designing processes to consolidate and examine unstructured data, and partnering with business leaders, engineers, and industry experts to construct predictive models, algorithms, and probability engines. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with internal and external teams to understand customer requirements and develop proposals - Conduct interactions with external customers to gather project requirements, provide status updates, and share analytical insights - Implement preliminary data exploration and data preparation steps for model development/validation - Apply a broad range of techniques and theories from statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver actionable business insights - Solution, build, deploy, and setup monitoring for models and thrive in a dynamic environment, working with minimal supervision while delivering action items in a timely fashion Qualifications Required: - 5 to 8 years of related experience with proficiency in NLP, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and GenAI - Working experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, matplotlib, plotly - Hands-on experience with CNN, LSTM, YOLO, and database skills including SQL, Postgres SQL, PGVector, and ChromaDB - Proven experience in MLOps and LLMOps with expertise in ML lifecycle management and large language models - Proficiency in Python programming with expertise in libraries such as numpy, pandas, scipy, spacy, gensim, TensorFlow, and/or Pytorch - Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control systems (Git) - Expertise in correlation analysis, feature selection techniques, advanced regression models, ensemble methods, feature selection, dimensionality reduction techniques, model explainability, and interpretability techniques Additional Details: Dell Technologies is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and providing a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
