Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Account Manager at Trigital Solutions, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven campaigns across various platforms to achieve measurable business results for clients. Your role will involve managing accounts end-to-end, ensuring effective budget utilization, performance tracking, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute paid marketing strategies on platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. - Manage budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions. - Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages for optimization. - Present detailed reports with actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns. - Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact. Qualifications Required: - 25 years of proven experience in performance/digital marketing. - Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. - Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. - Advanced Excel/Sheets skills for campaign analysis. - Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications (preferred). - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
