Zscaler Engineer

As an operational subject matter expert for Zscaler technologies (ZPA, ZIA, SIPA), your role will involve reviewing, refining, and optimizing Zscaler policies, rules, and configurations in accordance with best practices. You will be responsible for identifying and addressing operational technical debt within the Zscaler estate. Monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing Zscaler services to meet OLAs, KPIs, and business expectations will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support high-severity incidents by providing deep technical expertise for rapid resolution. It will be essential for you to maintain operational governance to ensure services remain compliant, secure, and supportable. Collaboration with global ENS teams to deliver a unified "One Team" operational service and mentoring ENS team members to elevate operational capability will also be expected from you.
