Job Description
As a Workplace Service Delivery Manager at our company, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day management of integrated facilities across assigned locations in Mumbai. You will ensure seamless delivery of services aligned with business needs, compliance requirements, and corporate standards. Your role will involve managing vendor performance, engineering services, statutory compliance, real estate coordination, audits, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will lead workplace experience initiatives, support sustainability and EHS goals, drive team development, and ensure smooth operations during business continuity or crisis situations. Your focus on service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction will be crucial in creating a productive, safe, and engaging workplace environment that enhances employee experience and supports business continuity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, manage, and oversee day-to-day workplace operations for assigned locations.
- Conduct regular service reviews with service partner teams to ensure delivery of onsite facility management services.
- Manage operating and capital budgets for the geography or location.
- Govern service delivery partner and vendor performance using SLAs, KPIs, and other tracking mechanisms.
- Maintain high service quality by implementing corrective actions and monitoring reporting processes.
- Oversee engineering infrastructure, R&M planning, and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory norms, liaise with stakeholders, and lead audit responses.
- Engage with landlords, ensure contractual obligations are met, and support site selection/disposition.
- Conduct client relationship management activities, monitor client satisfaction, and resolve workplace issues.
- Oversee security controls, crisis response efforts, EHS protocols, and wellness facilities.
- Manage cafeteria operations, vendor selection, hygiene standards, and compliance.
- Right-size vendor teams, deliver feedback, conduct performance reviews, and promote team engagement.
- Support high-profile visits, showcase workplace capabilities, and liaise with internal teams for operational harmony.
- Oversee seamless handover of completed projects into operations and contribute during transition stages.
**Qualifications Required:**
- Minimum 10 years of military experience with at least 4-5 years of corporate IFM experience for Veterans, or minimum 15 years of experience in Facility management and administration for others.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. An engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical or a full-time MBA or both would be an added advantage.
As an ideal candidate, you should possess strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, communication proficiency in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi, problem-solving skills, decision-making capabilities, and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience in crisis management, business continuity planning, change management, and proficiency in MS Office tools.
