Workday Payroll Consultant

As an experienced Workday Payroll Consultant, you will play a crucial role in configuring Workday Payroll, managing end-to-end payroll processes, and delivering compliant, scalable payroll solutions. Your expertise in implementation and support will be vital in ensuring the smooth functioning of payroll operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and support Workday Payroll implementations and enhancements. - Configure payroll components such as earnings, deductions, taxes, and calculations. - Manage payroll integrations, data validations, and reporting requirements. - Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), parallel payroll runs, and go-live activities. - Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. - Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide ongoing production support. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams for seamless delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation/support. - Strong understanding of payroll lifecycle, compliance, and taxation processes. - Experience in Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio - preferred). - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, it is preferred that you hold a Workday Payroll Certification. Experience in multi-country or global payroll implementations and exposure to Workday HCM modules will be considered advantageous in this role.
