Workday Adaptive Planning ( Adaptive Insights) Consultant

As a member of the team, your role will involve providing production support by resolving incidents, service requests, and problem-solving. You will also be responsible for supporting integrations from AI to other HR and finance systems. Additionally, you will be expected to work on any enhancements or process improvements related to AI. Your key responsibilities will include: - Consulting with clients on budgeting and planning best practices - Documenting business requirements and creating technical solutions based on functional requirements, paying close attention to detail - Supporting budgets, forecasts, and reports within Adaptive Insights for Finance - Analyzing financial models and reports, whether spreadsheet or non-spreadsheet based - Responding to client support questions and requests via phone and email - Interacting with the product vendor (in this case, Workday) for any support queries - Educating and guiding users on effective and efficient approaches to utilizing models, tools, and data - Providing technical guidance for the Adaptive suite of products, including design, model, configuration, troubleshooting, etc. - Supporting existing functionality and integrations with other systems - Communicating status to the management team, problem, and risk management effectively - Establishing connections to various techniques and building end-to-end integrations to extract, transform, and load data into Adaptive Insights - Demonstrating a high understanding of potential functional design issues by suggesting alternatives - Solving technical problems in network connectivity, Windows account security, ETL, SQL programming, database access, web service calls, APIs, and programming logic Additionally, you will be part of a dynamic team that offers global financial solutions, operational support, and the opportunity to lead change within the company. Your role will also leverage your prior EPM, CPM, and ERP implementation and integrations experience to better advise clients on multi-application solutions and the technology landscape.
