Web UI Developer (React/Next.js Focus)

You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using the React.Js library and the Next.Js framework. Your role will involve building reusable components by creating efficient, modular, and maintainable React components and front-end libraries where possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and Figma designs into code
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate with APIs and other components
• Write, test, and debug code to ensure applications are functional, efficient, and error-free
• Analyze and improve the performance of applications to ensure they are fast and responsive
• Identify and fix bugs and other issues in the codebase to improve overall functionality
• Implement and maintain best practices for accessibility, security, and performance

Qualifications Required:

• Strong knowledge of the React library, Next.Js framework, and their ecosystem
• Experience in using pre-built or customized MUI components to create engaging user interfaces
• Proficiency with version control systems like GIT for team-based development
• Familiarity with front-end build tools like Visual Studio and package managers like NPM
• Experience with testing frameworks and knowledge of best practices
• Familiarity with Docker, including Docker Image Management, Docker Container Operations, Docker Compose, CI/CD Integration, Troubleshooting, and Debugging. Experience with Docker on a mainframe is a plus.
