Web Full Stack Developer - React.js/Flask

As a Full-stack Web Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying high-quality web applications across both frontend and backend. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building reusable UI components and front-end libraries using React.js. - Designing and developing robust RESTful APIs using Django / Django REST Framework. - Implementing and maintaining database models using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Ensuring application performance, security, scalability, and responsiveness. - Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, and QA Engineers to deliver user-centric solutions. - Managing code versioning and collaboration using Git and following CI/CD best practices. - Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing applications. - Participating in code reviews and contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices. To excel in this role, you should have: - 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development. Frontend Skills: - Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Backend Skills: - Solid experience in Python and Django / Django REST Framework. Database Skills: - Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). API Skills: - Experience in designing, consuming, and integrating REST APIs. Version Control Skills: - Proficient in Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket). Additionally, familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) would be advantageous. In addition to the required skills and experience, the following bonus skills would be good to have: - Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.). - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and deployment. - Understanding of web security principles and performance optimization. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
