Web Developer

As a .Net Developer at Mouser Electronics Inc., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining multiple web and back office applications on .NET platforms. Your role will involve analyzing requirements, designing, coding, debugging, testing, and documenting software while adhering to Mouser standards. You will play a key role in all phases of the software development life cycle, ensuring the delivery of new and existing applications that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate new or modified software programs based on user requests and create technical specifications with time estimates. - Develop, test, and implement applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, JavaScript, .Net Framework, Web Forms, SQL Server, Visual Studio, TFS, CSS, JQuery, Bootstrap, JSON, AJAX, and other related web technologies. - Possess a good understanding of the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) & Web Content Management (WCMS or CMS) industry, particularly focusing on Microsoft .NET technologies. - Demonstrate proficiency in database design, writing SQL, T-SQL scripts, and stored procedures in SQL Server. - Work collaboratively with business analysts, designers, architects, developers, and quality analysts following Agile software development methodology. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in .Net Framework 4.5+, ASP.NET Web Forms, C#, ASP.NET MVC, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, SQL Server 2012/2016, Web API/WCF/REST Web Services. - Certification: Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) in Web Applications. - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Web Development utilizing the skills mentioned above. - 6+ years of experience in Web development with Microsoft Technologies, combining internal and external experience for internal candidates.
